If you are not satisfied with our service, you are eligible for a full refund under the following condition:
You must request the refund within seven (7) calendar days of the initial payment date.
This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans. Refund requests made after this 7-day period will not be eligible.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame once approved. Currently, since no prior transactions exist, there are no processing totals, refunds, or chargeback amounts to report for the past three months.
